i don’t want to feel anymore, growing up as an emotional person all my life, has driven away everyone and destroyed friendships and relationships. is it self destruction? i don’t know, i don’t know why i am the way i am. i don’t know what i want when i express my emotions to my loved ones. i don’t know if i’m selfish, it’s not good i feel like i deserve special treatment because i’m sensitive. For them to understand and for me to continue overthinking if they are really there for me or not. I don’t want to hurt anyone anymore. i don’t want to feel like i’m too much. i want to be like them. and not want much. i think i’m so laid back and chill but when reality hits i see how awful i really am. i think i know what’s going on in the moment, and i’m right for being upset or mad. but it’s always looking back on it, to see how stupid i really looked. How stupid i’ve looked my whole life. I want my body to float, in the sky, just away, to see how small things really are and how i shouldn’t be worrying about them. and i do have those moments. for very little. the feelings are so strong of having nothing to worry about. That feeling has claw marks on it. i always grasp on to it as long as i can. make playlists to remind myself of that feeling. but listening back of them it doesn’t make sense. like i’ve never felt it. like i’ve forgotten straight away… the feeling of being okay.. and that nothing bad is happening. I don’t know how to keep reminding myself. it seems i always sink back into myself. I love my family and friends. so much. They are all I have. So why do i question if there love is real. i don’t want to. i don’t want to lose them. i don’t want to feel anymore.
hope you find peace within yourself and stop treating yourself like you're the problem even though that's a natural feeling , it's fine to feel things just don't bombard yourself with feelings if you can't understand them without putting yourself down , i sense that you're a pretty good person just cause you clearly care about the way you're rubbin off on others when most people could care less and that's not necessarily a bad thing if others understand (not your problem if they don't understand btw) if they wanted to understand you they would simple as that , no problem with overthinking as well since that's also normal and when it comes to overthinking i personally feel you're better off not finding a solution since you would probably would come to the conclusion that you're the problem when you clearly have enough problems within yourself , you need to give yourself a break even though that's easier said than done but hopefully sooner or later you'll come to the conclusion that the best thing you could do for yourself is keep calm and not blame yourself for mistakes you've made or for problems that aren't that major compared to other things that will come up in life , need to be stronger for yourself cause at the end of the day you truly are the only thing that matter since its your life and if others (including yourself) can't understand the way you moving then its probably for a good reason , that's the way i think of things at least hope you feel better soon.
